Paul also has a background in Systems Administration, Quality Assurance, Training, and Performance Engineering. Paul held technical and IT Management positions at Manulife, Economical Insurance, BlackBerry, and AGFA Healthcare.

Daniel has spent 15+ years in the IT industry, most recently with a focus on large scale system migrations from on-prem to SaaS services. Daniel was the senior engineer for Sophos’ migration to Atlassian Cloud, during which he learned to be a Jira and Confluence Admin.
