For Jira Service Management, we’ve doubled the number of agents that we can support on a single instance from 5,000 to 10,000 users. For Confluence, we’ve been able to support an additional 15,000 users in just 8 months.
    In July 2022, Atlassian implemented 1time, the company's own multi-factor authentication (MFA) library with time-based one-time passwords (TOTP), moving away from a previous MFA provider. MFA allows Atlassian accounts to enhance their account security by providing a second factor besides their password via apps such as Google Authenticator.
    Cprime, a leading global Agile, product, and technology consulting company, today announced its acquisition by Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“Goldman Sachs”), in partnership with Everstone Capital Partners (“Everstone”).     The California Consumer Privacy Act CCPA was established as a law by the state legislator on June 28, 2018, to protect the consumer’s privacy throughout the golden state. CCPA went into effect on January 1, 2020, providing California residents with the right to data privacy and regulating how businesses handle personal information.
    However, on October 17, 2022, several revised modifications were added to the privacy data CCPA, and companies across California should abide by these new amends in 2023. This recent and significant update, CPRA California Privacy Rights Act, includes new regulations. It has been in effect since January 1, 2023, forcing companies and organizations to prepare their data mechanism to comply with the recent change
    In the October 2022 to December 2022 quarter, we had 199 individual security researchers contribute to our bug bounty program, submitting a total of 429 bugs for review, with a total of 94 valid bugs, which is an average of ~19.8% valid bug to noise ratio (with a low of 0% valid bug to noise ratio in our Statuspage program and a high of 50% valid bug to noise ratio in our Jira Align program) across our six independent bug bounty programs.
    Compared to the July to September 2022 quarter, we had an 11% decrease in security researchers, 15% fewer bugs submitted for review, and a 31% decrease in valid bugs, with a lower bug-to-noise ratio by ~3%.
